In all areas of special flood hazards where base flood elevation data has been provided as set forth in PMC 24.12.020, Basis for establishing the areas of special flood hazard, or PMC 24.16.040, Use of other base flood data, the following provisions set forth in PMC 24.20.080 through 24.20.110 are required.
