This chapter shall be used in addition to and in combination with the districts identified in PMC 25.130.020 and development regulations contained in this title as they apply to the lands described in PMC 25.130.020. The requirements of this chapter shall take precedence over the requirements of the underlying district regulations. However, the landscape provisions of this chapter shall be in addition to the landscape and screening provisions provided in Chapter 25.180 PMC.
