Prior to issuance of building permits, one full set of building elevations shall be submitted to the Community and Economic Development Department for review for consistency with the provisions of this chapter. The elevations must be drawn to scale. [Ord. 4241 § 1, 2015; Code 1970 § 25.59.040.]
