“Exotic/wild animal” includes but is not limited to anyone of the following: lions, tigers, wildcats (including lynx and bobcats), wolves, bears, apes, monkeys, and raccoons, dangerous reptiles such as alligators, poisonous reptiles, or similar wild and exotic animals.
