25.60.020 Permitted uses.
This section is included in your selections.
The following uses shall be permitted in the R-2 district:
(1) Single-family dwellings.
(2) Two-family dwellings.
(3) Zero-lot-line dwellings.
(4) Multiple dwellings.
(5) Duplexes.
(6) Triplexes.
(7) Courtyard apartments.
(8) New factory-assembled homes.
