The following accessory uses and buildings, as respectively defined in PMC 25.15.030 and 25.15.040, shall be permitted in the C-2 district:

(1) Parking lots;

(2) Alcoholic beverage sales;

(3) Other uses clearly incidental or secondary to a principal use;
