28.08.160 O definitions.

“Off site” means action away from the site on which the critical area has been or will be impacted by a regulated activity.
“On site” means action at or within 200 feet of the site on which the critical area has been or will be impacted by a regulated activity.
“Out-of-kind” means an action to replace a critical area with a substitute critical area whose characteristics do not closely approximate those destroyed or degraded by a regulated activity. [Ord. 4525 § 1, 2021; Ord. 3911 § 2, 2009; Code 1970 §§ 28.08.210 – 28.08.220.]
