(1) Hazardous uses shall be regulated for protection of the aquifer recharge areas.

(2) An aquifer recharge area detailed study shall be required according to PMC 28.24.050(2) and 28.24.060.

(3) State and federal regulations applicable to specific uses including but not limited to those provided in PMC 28.24.080. [Ord. 4525 § 1, 2021.]
