29.05.060 Effective date.

(1) The SMP is hereby adopted on September 19, 2016. This SMP and all amendments thereto shall become effective 14 days after final approval and adoption by the Department of Ecology. [Ord. 4314 § 2, 2016; Code 1970 § 29.01.070.]
