It is unlawful for a person to fail to comply with any requirement of this chapter or the rules and regulations promulgated hereunder. Each violation is a separate offense and except as otherwise provided is punishable as a civil infraction. [Ord. 3437 § 2, 2000; Code 1970 § 3.02.170.]
