The purpose for the fund is to segregate revenues and eligible expenditures under the American Rescue Plan Act of 2021 and designate the Finance Director to accept current and future funds awarded by the U.S. Department of Treasury under the American Rescue Plan Act. [Ord. 4565 § 2, 2021.]
