The purpose for the fund is to manage the operations of the Tri-Cities Animal Control and account for revenue derived from adoption fees, compliance fees and housing fees for the three participating cities. Revenue corresponding to each city will be distributed accordingly. [Ord. 4631 § 2, 2022.]
