There is hereby established and created a special fund to be known as the tourism promotion area fund. Any and all revenues received from special lodging assessments shall be credited to the tourism promotion area fund. All expenditures from such fund shall be paid to the Tourism Promotion Area Manager solely for the purpose of tourism promotion as provided in PMC 3.15.030.
