There is hereby created a special fund to be known as the rivershore trail and marina maintenance fund for the purpose of accounting for funds received, disbursed or expended in conjunction with the City’s lease of the Pasco Boat Basin Marina and Rivershore Trail/Linear Park from the Corps of Army Engineers. All assets and liabilities of the fund known as the boat basin fund are hereby transferred to the rivershore trail and marina maintenance fund and said boat basin fund is hereby dissolved, effective December 31, 2004.
