3.35.040 Recreation facility rental.
This section is included in your selections.
The City Manager, or designee, is hereby authorized to set the rental fees and charges for pools, buildings, rooms, parks, fields and shelters, available for rental to the public based upon:
(1) The operational and maintenance costs and demands for such facility;
(2) The fees and charges for similar facilities charged by other nearby jurisdictions;
(3) Recreation market trends; and
