When a development has been identified as having a direct impact upon the public transportation facilities, and an impact fee has not been paid, the requested permit may be denied.

A development permit issued after the effective date of this Ordinance shall be null and void if issued without substantial compliance with this chapter. [Ord. 3719 § 1, 2005; Code 1970 § 3.132.120.]
