To be eligible to receive school impact fees, the District shall adopt and submit a capital facilities plan that contains the District’s standard of service, an inventory of facilities, capacity by grade span, a six-year student enrollment forecast, facility needs and costs, a finance plan and calculation of the school impact fees. The District shall file an update to its capital facility plan at least once every two years. The City will consider the District’s capital facility plan and biannual updates, and, if adopted, incorporate it in the capital facilities element of the City’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan.
