The City Manager is authorized to purchase any materials, supplies, equipment or services where such purchase is authorized in the City’s current budget with sufficient funds available, where the total cost (including applicable sales tax, etc.) for such purchase will be less than $300,000. The City Manager shall report all purchases in excess of $100,000 to the City Council as a part of the monthly financial report.
