The ambulance utility service fees shall be collected on a monthly basis at the rate designated in Chapter 3.35 PMC and be billed as part of the City’s combined monthly utility billing process as contained in Chapter 3.65 PMC from each residential dwelling unit (for the family residential classification and for the multifamily residential classification to the extent that each unit is separately billed for utilities) and from each commercial /business or industrial facility (for classifications other than family residential and separately billed multifamily residential units).
