(1) Neighborhood park planning districts are established and identified by numbers one through and including three. The three neighborhood park planning districts are described as follows:

(a) Neighborhood Park Planning District 1 bounded by the existing or future Pasco urban growth boundary on the north and east, Road 36, I-182 and Hwy 395 on the west, and the Columbia River on the south.

(b) Neighborhood Park Planning District 2 bounded by the existing or future Pasco urban growth boundary on the north and west, Road 36 on the east, and I-182 on the south; and

(c) Neighborhood Park Planning District 3 bounded by I-182 on the north, Hwy 395 on the east and the Columbia River on the south.

(2) The Community Park Planning District shall consist of Neighborhood Park Planning Districts 1, 2 and 3.
