5.100.030 Exceptions.

This chapter shall not apply to any of the following individuals while engaged in the personal performance of the duties of their respective professions:
(1) Physicians, surgeons, chiropractors, osteopaths, massage practitioners, nurses, or physical therapists licensed to practice their respective profession in the State of Washington. [Ord. 2840 § 3, 1991; Ord. 2345 § 3, 1982; Code 1970 § 5.68.030.]
