The licenses required by this chapter are subject to the general provisions of the Pasco Municipal Code set forth in Chapter 5.05 PMC, Licenses Generally, as now or hereafter amended. In the event of a conflict between the provisions of Chapter 5.05 PMC and this chapter in their application to an adult entertainment facility, the provisions of this chapter shall control.
