The Police Chief of the City of Pasco, or his designee, may make periodic inspections of the licensee’s licensed premises and records provided for in this chapter and as required by Chapter 19.290 RCW, and furnish a certificate of inspection to the Department of Licensing in such manner as may be determined by the Department. Licensees are subject to unannounced periodic inspections as described in this section. [Code 1970 § 5.13.040.]
