In addition to those requirements provided in Chapter 5.05 PMC, including revocation of license, enforcement of this chapter may include that authority granted by the following statutes, their amendments, and additions as follows:
(1) RCW 19.290.080 Civil penalties.
(2) RCW 19.290.220 Scrap theft alert system.
(3) RCW 19.290.230 Seizure and forfeiture.
