The license must, at all times, be plainly displayed on the premises. Said license will list the types of amusement devices licensed to be on said premises and the number of each type. In the event of the loss or destruction of a license, a duplicate thereof may be obtained upon application therefor to the City Clerk and the payment of a fee in the amount of $1.00. All devices owned by a distributorship, as defined in PMC 5.40.060, shall bear a sticker showing distributor’s name and address.
