It shall be unlawful for an itinerant vendor to engage in business within the City of Pasco except when licensed as provided in PMC 5.05.020, in compliance with the provisions of this chapter. A separate license shall be required for each location of any stationary vendor and for each vehicle or other conveyance engaged by a mobile vendor.
