The Animal Control Officer may issue a warning ticket for the first offense of letting an animal be at large. If a warning ticket is issued, the warning ticket shall be in duplicate. The first copy shall be given to the animal’s owner, and the second copy shall be returned to the Animal Control Officer. [Ord. 3326 § 1, 1998; Code 1970 § 8.02.140.]
