9.100.020 Definitions.
This section is included in your selections.
The terms herein used, unless clearly contrary to or inconsistent with the context in which used, shall be construed as follows:
“Director” means the Administrative and Community Services Director.
“Enforcement officer” shall mean the Director as stated in the definition of “Director” in this section.
“Park” means and includes all City parks, public squares, park drives, parkways, boulevards, athletic facilities, trails and play and recreation grounds under the jurisdiction of the City. [Ord. 4063, 2012; Ord. 3727 § 1, 2005; Ord. 3616 § 1, 2003; Code 1970 § 9.48.020.]
