Permits for the use of park property may be issued by the Director of Administrative and Community Services for hours beyond the closing time set forth in this chapter on such terms and conditions as the Director may determine appropriate to accommodate organized recreation activities otherwise permitted on park property that cannot be fully accommodated during regular hours.
