It is unlawful to violate or fail to comply with any park rule or regulation duly adopted and posted. Unless otherwise provided, violation of any park rule or regulation duly adopted and posted constitutes an infraction. [Ord. 3616 § 1, 2003; Code 1970 § 9.48.290.]
