9.110.050 Limitations on trespass duration.

Notices of civil trespass shall be issued as follows:
(1) For the first violation under PMC 9.110.020 or 9.110.030, the individual may be issued a notice of civil trespass for a period not to exceed six months. Any failure to comply with said notice during this six-month term shall be penalized pursuant to PMC 9.110.070.
(2) For a second or subsequent violation within 24 months of the first notice of civil trespass, the individual may be issued a notice of civil trespass for a period not to exceed 24 months. Any failure to comply with said notice during this 24-month term shall be penalized pursuant to PMC 9.110.070. [Ord. 4349 § 1, 2017; Code 1970 § 9.50.050.]
