(1) A person is guilty of maintaining a disorderly place, if:

(a) He or she is the owner, operator, or manager of a place of public accommodation; and

(b) He or she willfully allows a breach of the peace or disturbance of public order or decorum by noisy, riotous, or disorderly conduct or otherwise keeps the place in a disorderly manner.

(2) Maintaining a disorderly place is a misdemeanor. [Ord. 3484 § 2, 2001; Code 1970 § 9.06.080.]
