RCW 38.52.430, pertaining to the recovery of the expenses of an emergency response by a public agency to an incident caused by a person’s intoxication, as now or hereafter amended, is hereby adopted by reference as a part of this chapter in all respects as though RCW 38.52.430 was set forth herein in full.
