It is unlawful for any person to perform any act or fail to perform any act the performance or nonperformance of which constitutes a nuisance as defined in PMC 9.90.030 or 9.90.040. Any person found guilty of committing a nuisance shall be penalized as set forth in PMC 9.90.090. [Ord. 2980 § 1, 1994; Code 1970 § 9.60.015.]
