All moneys collected for abatement purposes, as provided in this chapter, shall be separately stated and itemized by the Clerk of the Municipal Court in his report to the Director of Finance and shall be credited by the Director of Finance to the department or division of the City government which shall be actually employed in the abatement of such nuisance.
