In addition to any other remedies that are authorized by this chapter or other laws, the responsible official may upon the finding that a property is a chronic nuisance property pursuant to this chapter, or the person in charge has failed to pay any penalty, reimbursement, or other costs assessed as a result of the violation of this chapter, find that the person in charge is subject to the suspension or revocation of any business or other license issued by the City and required at such property as provided in PMC 5.05.140.
