10.31.030 Response to notice of infraction for automated traffic control system.

Any person receiving a notice of infraction based upon the evidence detected by an automated traffic safety camera shall respond to such notice within 15 days of the date of notice as required by PMC 1.05.050; and, within said period, may request a contested hearing as provided by PMC 1.05.060, or a mitigation hearing as provided by PMC 1.05.070.
