It is unlawful for anyone to dump, deposit or place waste from septic tanks into the wastewater (sewer) system of the City of Pasco, except as allowed by the provisions of this chapter. Violation is punishable as a gross misdemeanor. [Ord. 2722 § 1, 1989; Code 1970 § 13.54.010.]
