A charge of $50.00 shall be added to each assessment on all local improvement district assessment rolls adopted after the effective date of this section for the administrative servicing of installment payments. This charge shall be deducted from any assessment paid within the first 30 days following the date of first publication of the notice by the Director of Finance that the assessment roll is in his hands for collection. All funds received by the City from this charge shall be placed in the administrative services fund. [Ord. 2305 § 1, 1981; Code 1970 § 14.04.055.]
