No permit for construction issued under this chapter shall be valid for a period longer than 12 months unless construction has been commenced within 12 months of issuance of the permit, and is thereafter diligently pursued to completion. [Ord. 4465 § 1, 2019; Ord. 4416 § 1, 2019.]
