Whenever any person shall have obtained permission from the City to use any street or public way for the purpose of moving any building, a permittee or franchisee, upon seven days’ written notice from the building mover, shall raise or remove, at the expense of the person desiring to move the building, any of the permittee or franchisee’s facilities which may obstruct the removal or relocation of such building; provided, that the person desiring to move the building shall comply with all requirements of the City for the movement of buildings.
