Section 110.4 of the most current state-adopted International Fire Code is amended to read as follows:

Section 110.4 Violations – Penalties: Except for violations of PMC Section 16.65.051, any person, firm or corporation violating a provision of this chapter which is not also a violation of any other provisions of this title or the codes adopted thereby, or shall fail to comply with the requirements thereof or who shall erect, install, alter, repair, or do work in violation of the approved construction documents or direction of the fire code official, or of a permit or certificate used under the provisions of this chapter, or operate or maintain an occupancy, premises, or vehicle subject to this chapter who allow a hazard to exist or fail to take immediate action to abate a hazard on such occupancy, premises, or vehicle when ordered to do so by the fire code official, shall be guilty of a gross misdemeanor. Each day that violation continues after due notice has been served, shall be deemed a separate offense.
