All publicly funded murals are required to be reviewed by the Arts and Culture Commission at a public meeting to verify the mural is not considered a sign, and therefore regulated under PMC Title 17, and not considered obscene by an average person. All applicants are encouraged to use the Arts and Culture Commission as a resource in the planning, design, and implementation of murals. [Ord. 4678 § 4, 2023.]
