(1) Each residential park shall receive its source of water from an approved water supply system.

(2) Each site within a residential park shall be provided with a water riser or risers located and arranged to permit attachment to the home utilizing the site.

(a) Water riser pipes shall extend at least four inches above ground elevation and shall be at least three-fourths inch in diameter with a three-fourths-inch gate valve. The water outlet shall be capped when not attached to a home.

(b) Adequate provisions shall be made to prevent freezing of service lines, valves, and riser pipes and to protect risers from the heaving and thawing actions of ground during freezing weather. Surface drainage shall be diverted from the location of the riser pipe.

(c) Stop and waste valves shall be located so as to preclude sewage or other contaminants entering the stop and waste valve.
