This chapter shall not apply to the following offices: Councilmember, Municipal Judge, City Attorney not serving full-time, and members of commissions and boards, except as it applies to the Personnel Board, and further, except that the salary and benefits provided in this chapter shall be provided the Municipal Judge in the same manner as they are for part-time or regular employees.
