2.110.010 Definitions.

As used in this chapter, the following terms shall be defined as hereinafter provided:
“Employee” means all persons in the service of the City as defined in PMC 2.105.030.
“Official” means all elected City officials, including the Mayor and members of the City Council, together with appointed members of City boards and commissions. [Ord. 1865 § 1, 1977; Code 1970 § 2.54.010.]
