The tender of the tract of land dedicated by Franklin Lodge No. 60 Knights of Pythias, known as the City View Cemetery, is accepted and the same shall hereafter continue to be known as the City View Cemetery. [Ord. 1323 § 1, 1968; Code 1970 § 2.48.010.]
