At the time of filing an application for a preliminary plat, the subdivider shall pay a fee as identified in PMC 3.35.110.

In addition to the preliminary plat fee, the subdivider shall be responsible for reimbursing the City for costs related to field engineering as identified in PMC 3.35.110. [Ord. 3398 § 2, 1999; Code 1970 § 26.24.120.]
