All binding site plans shall be accompanied by a title company certification (current within 30 days) confirming that the title of the lands as described and shown in the binding site plan is in the name of the owner(s) signing the binding site plan. [Ord. 3398 § 2, 1999; Code 1970 § 26.40.070.]
