25.185.050 Existing parking facilities.

The following shall apply to existing parking facilities:
(1) Whenever a pre-existing building or structure, that is nonconforming with respect to this chapter, is remodeled, enlarged, altered, reconstructed or changed in any way by 33 percent or more of its assessed value, the requirements of this chapter shall apply.
